Our Process:

Upon receiving your compressor housing, we create a 3D digital model and calculate the anti-surge displacement based on the turbo’s efficiency.

Important Sizing Information:

• We machine your cover based on the compressor inlet size, not the compressor wheel size.
• You can measure the inlet using a tape measure, caliper, or micrometer, or contact your turbo manufacturer for the specs.
• We offer machining services for inlets of various sizes (4", 5", 5.5", 6", etc.). Choose the service that matches your inlet size.
• The turbocharger brand does not affect our machining process (e.g., Garrett, eBay turbo, Chinese re-brands, etc.).

What to Send:

• Only send the compressor cover, unless otherwise instructed.
• Do NOT include bolts, gaskets, flanges, V-bands, nuts, O-rings, exhaust manifolds, or any other components.
• If you have a non-anti-surge compressor cover, you must send your center section with the cover.

Shipping Instructions:

• You are responsible for shipping your compressor cover to us.
• The shipping cost in your purchase covers the return shipping of your machined cover.
• We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or DHL for tracking and security.
• If your compressor cover is damaged during shipping, we will notify you.

Communication & Order Processing:

• All required information and shipping details will be provided via email after purchase.
• We will NOT respond to emails asking if we received your cover.
• If you do not receive an email confirmation, check that you entered your email correctly.

Processing Time:

• Machining Time: 4-6 business days.

Additional Policies:

• Customers MUST send their compressor cover within 30 days of purchase.
• No trade-ins or exchanges for compressor covers.
• Orders will NOT be processed unless we receive a printed & completed product form with your housing.
