( Aluminum is very soft material and it is very likely to have shaving and micro metals gets inside of your engine. When you open other competitor's billet valve covers with threaded style oil cap, it is very possibility reason to have metal inside of your engine. ) Therefore, a solution for this possible problem is to eliminate ALL possibility of metal to metal contact .
